Meet Ava Robbins
Limited Licensed Therapist and Trauma Specialist
Hi, I’m Ava. I work with teens and adults experiencing CPTSD, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, relationship difficulties, and the impacts of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and attachment wounds. I approach therapy through a relational and trauma-informed lens. My work draws from EMDR, parts work, mindfulness, psychodynamic therapy, nature-based therapy, and attachment-based work. To put it simply, I help people make sense of their experiences and reconnect with themselves.
